Returns Policy
We want you to feel completely confident trying GLARISE. If you’re not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 60 days of receiving your order (based on the shipping confirmation date).
To begin your return, you must email us first at help@glarise.com with your order number. We cannot guarantee your return will be accepted without prior confirmation.
Important Details:
- We refund the purchase price of the product only—original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- All remaining product—including original packaging and any unused strips—must be returned.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
