To start a return, contact us at help@glarise.com with your order number.
We will provide you with shipping instructions. Please do not ship your return to us without confirmation. If you do so, your return can not be processed.
You must include all original items in your return. This includes the original packaging, accessories and any unused products.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
We will refund the full purchase price of the product, excluding shipping and handling costs of $5.00. You are responsible for any return shipping charges
